RVA Noise Presents "RVA Noise Lotto III" An informal fundraiser for CHEAP FEST VI

How it works:
* 15 participants add their names to the hat
* 3 names will be drawn at random until there were 5 different trios formed
* Said trios will perform at a special event at Auxiliary
on Friday October 9th
* Donations will be collected at the door, all funds will go towards CHEAP FEST VI to help cover operating costs
