TEMPLE OF BON MATIN http://www.bulbrecords.com/tobm.html
..."they jam with such hard rock fervor that you are tempted to tag them
as space rock or jazzbo boogie. Then that jam reaches meltdown and bursts
into some propulsive free-roaming nebula charged with ionized something
or other and radioactive ass-quivering debris. This music is all so
incategorizable (word?!?) because of its ability to operate as either
head music or body music or both in some perpetually shifting ratio."...
- Justin Farrar

SCOTT BAILEY
"The juxtaposition of the natural, industrial, and technological
soundscapes. The sounds that you've been conditioned not to hear, and
the ones you will still never hear. Scott Bailey uses these to create an
absurb auditory experience.Bailey is currently in the projects PANDA,
Wurst Pudding, and an occasional member of KONX. He has CD-R's released
on Taking It There Records and Eyedrum Recordings, as well as being
involved since 2002 with the Eyedrum Monthly Improv in Atlanta, GA."
"...heavily epic and psychedelic excursions into a many faceted dimension
of sound". "PANDA is going for a journey, not an immediate
destination..." - Southeast Performer

BAYLIE'S BAND
"So it is with Baylies Band, a trio of New Bedford musicians who take
that hard-work-for-little-return ethic to stages up and down the
Northeast coast. It seems people can relate to the group's determination
and lack of posturing, even when it's filtered through a loud,
spontaneous foray into the cacophonous land of musical experimentation.
Think Metal Machine Music." -South Coast Today

MARY KNOTT
Self-described "all around crazy girl" Mary Knott seems to have all her
bases covered when it comes to bringing her art to the masses. Knott's
fourth issue of the self-published comic book, Pretty Beaver (which her
sister, Beppi illustrates) is almost ready for release while the duo's
monthly strip in New York Waste is in its fourth year. In addition the
Philadelphia Funny Paper has just picked up their Real Voodoo strip and
the pair's work has appeared in anthologies and fanzines such as Sunburn
and Stripburger. Somehow Knott has also found the time to release four
chapbooks of her writing, curate poetry readings and, when she catches
her breath, be the lead singer for the band the Dirt." -daily.net
